Welcome Back and Happy 2022! It is our pleasure to announce that Bradley Chandler accepted the Director of Life and Health Sciences Advising position for UTSA Academic
Advising. Bradley will officially start this position on January 10, 2022; however, he will support Academic Advising as needed, while transitioning to this new position.

Meet Bradley Chandler
Brad
has been in academic advising at UTSA since 2006. In that time, he has served students from the College of Education and University College at both the Main and Downtown campus locations. Prior to coming to UTSA he taught middle school science.
Brad has a B.S. in Composite Sciences (Teaching Track) from Wayland Baptist University. He also received an M.A. in Adult and Higher Education from UTSA, where the focus
was on student development and program planning and evaluation.
Brad and his wife, Jackie, live on a small “Hobby Farm” just east of Bexar County. Their family includes 5 adopted children, two dogs and a cat. In his downtime, he enjoys
being outdoors, it is not uncommon to find him camping, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and relaxing in Port Aransas or just sitting by a fire.
