New changes affecting the way we use to view upper division courses as only for UT Brownsville.  No longer the case.    Transcripts will be evaluated according to the name on the transcripts

Subject: Regarding Texas Southmost College and UT Brownsville

As you probably know, Texas Southmost College and UT Brownsville are in the process of “splitting the sheets”.   Unfortunately in the interim they will both use the same transcript paper  however each will have the signature of their respective Registrar which will differentiate between the two institutions.    The UT Brownsville transcript will be signed by Sylvia Leal and the Texas Southmost transcript will have the signature of Alex Salinas.    I’m told that they will continue to use the combined transcript paper until August of 2015.   

Students who attended both campuses, will need to request transcripts from each institution.
