5th Annual Undergraduate Research and Creative Inquiry Showcase, Thursday, April 19, 2018, 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the Convocation Center
Please mark your calendar for the 5th Annual Undergraduate Research and Creative Inquiry Showcase, Thursday, April 19, 2018, 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the Convocation Center. The event is hosted by the Office
of Undergraduate Research (OUR).
The Showcase features hundreds of undergraduate research projects and creative endeavors from all disciplines. The event is designed to increase the visibility and participation of undergraduates in scholarly
endeavors across all areas of academic inquiry. Such scholarly experiences complement classroom instruction, provide hands-on experience in the student’s field of interest, and develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills.
Your attendance would signal support for undergraduate research and would be welcomed by students and their faculty mentors. Although your participation is not needed for the entire event, a brief visit (e.g.,
30 min) would be much appreciated.
