Course description:
A MOMENT TO BREATHE is a class for guided breathing exercises and meditation. You do not need to bring anything or change clothes. Sitting in chairs, you will learn specific breathing techniques
to increase energy, release stress, and improve our mental clarity and physical health. The meditation section at the end will give your mind and body the opportunity to find calm.
