Some advisors have reported receiving this error when trying access documents in Global from Outlook. Clearing  browser history for IE seems to be the fix for this issue. This also resolves the issue if you receive this error in Firefox. If you need help clearing your history please email me directly and I can help. Time to resolve usually takes less than 5 minutes.
