If you meet with students interested in pursuing a health profession pathway, then this is for you! Below you will find our Summer drop-in schedule along with some resources that may help current and incoming students during this orientation season.

🕒 Summer 2026 Virtual Drop-In Schedule

Tuesdays from 9:00am to 11:00am & Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
These are virtual only, 15-minute drop-ins
For more information, students can search for “Health Professions Virtual Drop-in Advising” in the Handshake Events page: https://utsa.joinhandshake.com/edu/events

🏖️You can encourage current students to:

Join virtually by registering in advance through Handshake to gain access to the Zoom link
Drop-ins are a great option for quick help with case-by-case pre-health profession inquiries
Students are also able to schedule a 1:1 appointment with our Health Profession advisor through the "Career Center" tab in Handshake. They would select "Schedule an Appointment" and select "Health Professions Advising"

While new students are usually not yet eligible to register for drop-ins or appointments in Handshake, they can begin exploring health career pathways and degrees required here: https://www.utsa.edu/healthprofessions/advising/explore.html
