If anyone has problems of any sort on the new computers that require OIT intervention, please send a note to OITConnect@utsa.edu, and on the Subject line of your email put GRIP Advising.  Then in the body of your email you can describe the problem.  Putting “GRIP Advising” on the subject line will assure that your problem will be directed to someone who is familiar with the deployment of the new computers, CRM, etc.  Thanks!
