Good Afternoon,

Starting in Jan-Feb of this year, the process to lift meningitis holds for students changed.  Wellness 360 NO LONGER lifts meningitis holds.  The students use a service, Med + Proctor.  Once Med + Proctor has deemed the students meningitis documents are adequate the information is sent back to UTSA electronically and the hold is lifted electronically.  It takes 48 hours from the time a student receives confirmation that their documents are adequate for the hold to lift.  

Wellness 360 can not lift a meningitis hold for a student and having them call the clinic will not resolve their issue.  There is a Med + Proctor chat option for students on the Med + Proctor log in page.

We do still manage TB holds.
