Good afternoon. Orientation and Family Programs will no longer be removing the OR (Orientation) holds in Banner after a student completes orientation, they will only be changing the end date on the hold. An example is below. This is something completely different from what they have done in the past. I’m told the reasoning is to keep a record of the hold. We will have to make sure to look at the end date on these holds to see if they are active or not.
