Subject: Appointment Surveys in Civitas Inspire
Good afternoon,
Please disseminate this information amongst the members of your team who are using the Civitas Inspire platform.
The Inspire Support Team would like to announce that an enhancement has been made to the Civitas Inspire platform at UTSA. Appointment surveys will now be sent to students automatically from
Inspire upon completion of a meeting with their Advisor. In accordance with the
Microsoft
365 email migration that occurred in October 2021, the surveys will be sent to each student’s
my.utsa.edu
email address. You do not need to complete any action to activate this feature. It is already live in Inspire for every member of the Academic Advising Student Success Unit (SSU).
Below is an example of the email that the students will receive:

Note: The actual email will contain the student’s preferred name in place of “John C. Doe” and the name and title of their Advisor
will appear in place of “Demo Advisor” in the signature line.
