Please remember if DegreeWorks is down to use the Orientation Appointment Form to document the course recommendations and notes for your advising appointments.  The completed form will need to be scanned and uploaded into SSC-Campus.  Also, make sure the student leaves the appointment with a copy of the form.

The Orientation Appointment Form is attached to this e-mail and it is also located in the I:DriveàAcademic AdvisingàOrientation 2018àFreshmen Orientation Guides.
