My name is Michael Rubio and I’m excited to be part of the UTSA advising family. I’m from El Paso and I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a BA in English literature, and a Minor and Secondary Education. After that, I attended the University of Texas at Arlington where I got my Masters in Educational leadership in Higher Education. For the past couple of years, I’ve worked as a Grad Assistant in higher Education and a Co-teacher in a charter school. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, watching and going to the movies, and playing soccer. When I’m not doing any of that, I just like relaxing!
