When the 45 and 90 hour holds are placed on the student record, student will also receive a flag from EARN. If they reply to the email their response comes to the EARN@utsa.edu email box. I am responding to student questions that come in and will CC the assigned advisor, just to bridge the gap. I hope this helps facilitate the hold removal process.
