Subject: You Are Invited to the Self-Service Timesheet Town Hall

 

You are invited to attend a Timesheet Virtual Town Hall meeting. As we transition to UTSA’s Self-Service Timesheet process, we want to ensure the provided resources are helpful, share additional details and hear directly from you.

 

We encourage you to attend one of two town halls:

 

The town hall is hosted by Financial Affairs, Human Resources and Business Information Services. Panelists include:

 

  • Frances Whitaker, Director of Payroll Services
  • Pamala Howard, Human Resources Advisor
  • Cynthia Orth, Campus Application Services Manager
  • Javier Martinez, Sr. Director for Financial Information Systems

 

We will discuss the Self-Service Timesheet project and its impact to you, time and absence reporting process, available job aids and training, and upcoming workshops. You will be able to ask questions on any topic through a chat function.
