Subject: Orientation Reservation System - OPEN for Spring 2017 Transfer and Freshmen Admits

Hello everyone –

The Orientation Reservation system opened this morning in ASAP for students admitted for Spring 2017.  ASAP will recognize their admit type and show them their options to complete orientation.  

Ø TRANSFER students can select from either the Online Orientation option (available via Blackboard September 15 to January 13) or the In-Person Orientation (December 9).

Ø FRESHMEN will currently only see the option to reserve a spot for the In-Person Orientation (December 8).  They will not see the Online Orientation option until December 9.

Ø ALAMO RUNNERS will only see the option to reserve a spot for the In-Person Orientation (same date/program as the Transfer In-Person December 9).

Attached is a spreadsheet of the seat capacities for each orientation program by advising center for those interested.  Please let me know if you have questions regarding Orientation Reservation or Programs.
