Do you feel your shoulders tensing? Let’s do some shoulder rolls while taking deep breaths:
Sit back in your chair
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin
Inhale roll your shoulders forward and up
Exhale roll your shoulders back and down
Inhale roll your shoulders forward and up
Exhale roll your shoulders back and down
Inhale roll your shoulders forward and up
Exhale roll your shoulders back and down
Now reverse:
Inhale roll your shoulders back and up
Exhale roll your shoulders forward and down
Inhale roll your shoulders back and up
Exhale roll your shoulders forward and down
Inhale roll your shoulders back and up
Exhale roll your shoulders forward and down
Shake-out your shoulders and arms
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end
