Hello all,

It seems like UTS has resolved the issue with the errors and slowness in Degree Works. You may need to clear your cache, but the worksheets and plans seem to be working much better now. If you still experience issues, even after clearing cache, please let us know by sending an email to DegreeWorks@utsa.edu.

Hello all,

We are aware that users have been experiencing slowness and errors over the last couple of days. We have been working with UTS and Ellucian on the issue. It seems to have increased though this morning. We are upgrading the priority of the case we have with Ellucian.  At this time you do not need to email us if you get an error.
