Ann,

These students should be enrolled in UPM for the fall (place FYE comment in SPACMNT under other category – indicating associate’s degree obtained). These students should be treated as eligible for the University College Accelerated Student track? They are still admitted into UTSA through University College and thus must complete the exiting requirements before transitioning to other academic colleges.

Tammy:

 

I have a question regarding students coming into UTSA from Early College High Schools.  Most students from such schools come in with an Associate’s degree in liberal arts, which means that they are core complete.  They are, however, treated like freshmen and need to attend Freshman Orientation. 


They would, however, be exempt from taking the AIS 1203 course, would they not?
