Happy Friday!
Please help the Spanish Department by placing students in the correct Spanish class. The Spanish Department has started a Heritage Speaker program, and attached you will
find some information regarding these courses. A Heritage speaker is defined as: “A student who is raised in a home where non-English language is spoken, who speaks or merely understands the heritage language.
Who is also to some degree bilingual in English and the heritage language,” (Valdés, 2000). If you have any questions please don't hesitate to e-mail me.
