Just a reminder that
HOP policy 4.20.IX.S. allows employees to take sufficient time off without a deduction in salary or accrued leave to donate blood up to 4 times per year,
provided the supervisor has approved the employee’s request for time off. You must also provide documentation of blood donation during the absence period.

Hi Cynthia,
Here is the updated e-flyer for the blood drive. I had received word that UTSA has moved us to an alternate room so I made all the changes. I sent out updated communication to everyone I reached out to prior to let them know, so hopefully
there won’t be any confusion. The new location next week for the Health Fair will be the HEB Student Union Bldg. in Ballroom #1.
