Join me in below back exercise to relax your lower back and take a breather:
Sit straight in your chair, relax your shoulders away from your ears. We will make circles with our tummy.
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin
Inhale – move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale – move your tummy back and left
Inhale – move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale – move your tummy back and left
Inhale – move your tummy to the front and right
Exhale – move your tummy back and left
Now reverse
Inhale – move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale – mover your tummy back and right
Inhale – move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale – mover your tummy back and right
Inhale – move your tummy to the front and left
Exhale – mover your tummy back and right
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end
