‘Sometimes, just a little change in perspective can turn a bad day into a good one’ – Paula Rollo

Dear All,
I hope your week started well. And should you run into any ‘obstacles’, a small change of perspective might help you find a solution.
As I am working from my home office, formerly known as dining room, I realized that my dining chair is not very ergonomic. ‘My back reminds me’ quite often that I have been sitting too long. If you also encounter some back issues and
need a breather, I invite you to below breathing exercise, which helps to loosen up the lower back:
Put your hands on your knees (feet on the floor) and do below movements
slowly, following your breathing
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin
Inhale - straighten your back, look to the ceiling
Exhale – round your back, chin to chest
Inhale - straighten your back, look to the ceiling
Exhale – round your back, chin to chest
Inhale - straighten your back, look to the ceiling
Exhale – round your back, chin to chest
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end
If you like a longer ‘Moment to Breathe’ join me on YouTube for a new 10 minute session and ‘leaf on a stream’ meditation:
