Good afternoon everyone,

Apparently, there was a glitch with the script that’s normally automatically run to end the orientation (OR) hold and it didn’t run.  A manual script was run which removed the orientation (OR) hold instead of end dating. 

As a reminder for the advising (OA) hold you need to end date rather than remove.
