if the ocean can calm itself, so can you. we are both salt water ...

Hello Everyone,

The start of the fall semester is only a week away.  We are in the middle of our busiest time and we will get through it!  This is your reminder to sit-back and take a moment to breathe whenever you feel overwhelmed.

I invite you to join me in below breathing exercise, which helps to refocus and relax our spine:

Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin

Hold your right shoulder with your right hand, left shoulder with your left hand. Fingers in front, thumbs at the back, elbows to your sides

Inhale turn your upper body to the left, exhale turn your upper body to the right

Inhale turn your upper body to the left, exhale turn your upper body to the right

Inhale turn your upper body to the left, exhale turn your upper body to the right

Inhale turn your upper body to the left, exhale turn your upper body to the right

Inhale turn your upper body to the left, exhale turn your upper body to the right

Take a deep inhale and exhale to end, let go of your shoulders.

Stay healthy and strong my friends! And take some time for self-care, no matter how busy you are - Sylvia
