Hello Advising Community,

Hope your day is going well.  Just a reminder about the 2018 All Advising Appreciation scheduled for Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 8:00am-10:00am in the Business Building 2.06.04 (University Room). Breakfast will be provided. We outlined some information for you below.

Agenda

The meeting agenda is attached.

We will be having a service project included at the event. A donation to the Roadrunner Pantry would be appreciated. Boxes will be in the back of the room for any drop-offs.

Main Event

We will have a UTSA Holiday Trivia Game, a game between the tables, a play-off, winners, and prizes!

Check-in

Check-in will be from 8:00am-8:30am outside of the meeting room.  Laptops will be set up that you can use to check in with your myUTSA ID (ABC123).
