AAC is very excited to be hosting an Advisor Potluck for the second year and this year we will be relying heavily on everyone's help to ensure that this event will be a great success.

Last year we had a great turn out and I'm expecting the same this year if not better. To give us a little break, the public relations subcommittee of AAC has decided not to have a guest speaker for this event. That means there will be more time to relax and have a great time with each other.

Based on attendance from last year, we can expect around 55 people to be in and out during the time frame.

Volunteers will be needed to help set up and breakdown. If you're interested, please send me an email at phillip.casarez@utsa.edu.
