As I posted earlier today, students who are or have been enrolled in both undergrad and grad programs at UTSA now have both/all their degree audits displaying in DegreeWorks. One glitch that we’re aware of is that at the top of the audit, where Student Catalog is listed, only the most recent catalog year will display, usually the year of their graduate catalog. The undergrad audit is still run against the correct undergrad catalog—only the display of the catalog year is incorrect.

If you are reviewing that audit of a recent graduate who has been accepted into grad school at UTSA, you can click on the drop-down menu under Degree at the top of the audit to display the undergrad audit. Although the Student Catalog displayed at the top of the audit is probably not correct, there are two ways to find the correct catalog. First, you can look for a recent frozen audit in History, to the left of the DW audit screen. Second, you can look in Banner at the student’s SGASTDN record for the semester of graduation.
