Hello everyone,
There was a change made to run Degree Works better (having to deal with the tiebreaking function) that has affected the way it takes in transfer credit from a community college.
When Degree Works reads the transfer work, it will take the first 66 hours based on the sequence number in SHATRNS. So, if WRC 1013 equivalent is sequence number 30 but they reached
their 66 hours by sequence number 22, then WRC 1013 will end up in the Not Counted block. This would be when the ‘XJCO’ attribute I mentioned earlier would need to be utilized to kick stuff out that they do not need.

If you have any questions, please send an email to
DegreeWorks@utsa.edu.
