Good afternoon,

The DegreeWorks upgrade has been completed and will go live this evening.  

As a reminder please make sure all appointments from  Monday September 14, 2020 – September 25, 2020, are entered into Degree Works no later than Oct. 9, 2020 by 5 p.m. 

In the upgrade there is one significant modification for our Advising Community, the Process New button.  

• Any changes made to DW, will require the advisor to “process new”.  For example
• Exceptions
• After freezing an audit
• Any updates to scribe
• Please see attached worksheet for details.
• A video is in production to better visually assist with questions and will be shared once it is complete, no later than Monday Sept. 28, 2020.
