The Financial Aid and Enrollment Services Call Center has been shut down.  Students will need to come in person to FA and ESC until the issue is resolved.

Hi Barbara,

How are you doing? Due to major privacy concerns, we had to temporarily shut down the Financial Aid and Enrollment Services Call Center (210-458-8000). We just sent emails tonight to enrolled students letting them know and will also send an email when the issue is resolved. We’re hoping that Telephone Services will be able to resolve the issue by tomorrow. I will certainly keep you posted.

 

Our office will be open at the Main and Downtown Campuses per usual and will be responding to emails and Twitter/Facebook inquiries. Would you please share this information with your academic advising group? If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you!
