Hello,

We are aware that there is an issue affecting some users, some of the time with pulling up a student record in DegreeWorks. Users are experiencing a spinning wheel and a “No students were found” error. We are working with UTS to get it resolved. We will let you know once the error is no longer happening. Thanks to those who reported the issue.
