Dear All,

 

As we are settling into our new routine and tackling all these changes our anxiety may take a hold of us.  Be gentle to yourself, you will figure it all out and we will come out of this with more skills and more experience.

 

If your anxiety is at a peak, I invite you to sit back and take a moment to breathe doing below exercise:

 

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Recite three times in your mind:

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

Speak it out loud three times:

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

And now three times in your mind again:

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

I choose to be stress free

I choose to be at peace

I choose to let go

 

Take a deep inhale and exhale again

 

You can come back to this little exercise anytime you feel the need.
