Hello!
I am contacting you on behalf of the Student Leadership Center and as the Program Coordinator for the 2014 UTSA Session of the LeaderShape Institute.
I hope you take a moment to consider applying for this amazing personal and professional development opportunity. I have attached a letter that provides more detailed
information about the role within the institute, as well as information about the application process. The application is currently open, the link is included below. You will create a profile and then it will lead you into the actual application. The application
will remain open until March 31st. At that time we will close the application and send all the applications to a selection committee for review. Turn-around time from the selection committee is about a week. We will then offer the position to those
selected by the committee. We will have 5 Cluster Facilitators for the institute.
I often encourage facilitator applicants to have conversations with their supervisors as early as possible and let them know you are interested in the position and how
you will work out the time away from the office should you be selected. This year’s institute is May 11-16th, with a full day of training for the facilitators on May 10th. Facilitators, as it is with the student participants, are expected
to remain on site for the entire institute.
