Good morning,

 

Inspire Support continue to receive several tickets a day regarding missing notes and attachments that are in EAB and not in Inspire.  Please inform your teams that the mass data extraction is planned for May and will take time to fully be completed.    

 

Additionally, I’ve been asked to remind our teams not to email Laurence directly.  An email was sent on April 17th (attached).  However, users are still emailing directly.  Users who are experiencing issues should email to InspireSupport@utsa.edu.  This is very important in order to monitor and act on the tickets; and if follow-up is needed the Support team can directly work with the user experiencing the issue.  

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to work through the development of the Inspire application.
