Good afternoon Advising Family,

I hope everyone is doing well. 

There have been a couple hiccups with the electronic prerequisite override form but thanks to the students, instructors and department chairs letting us know the UTS team has been able it identify the cause and currently working on implementing the following changes on the prerequisite override form. 

1. Limit characters on the justification field for students – Validation error reported by students this morning

2. Routing email for COE and COB Associate Dean – This was the error reported by the Dept Chair this morning

3. Forcing log out upon confirmation – This was causing forms not to load if the user processed a request but didn’t  click log out or left the window open and clicked another email link.
