Dear All,
One task to complete this week is our spring 2020 final graduation audits. If you need a little energy, I invite you to below movement and breathing exercise:
Sit back straight in your chair and keep an arm-length distance to your computer screen (we don’t want to hit it
J while doing ‘boxing type movements’).
Bend arms at your sides, make fists with your hands. Breathe through your nose only!
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin
Inhale – straighten right arm forward - left arm goes back
Exhale – straighten left arm forward - right arm goes back
Inhale – straighten right arm forward - left arm goes back

Keep moving for one minute. You can go fast or slow, whatever feels right. Find your rhythm and concentrate on your breath while moving your arms.
Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end.
If you like a longer ‘Moment to Breathe’ join me on YouTube for a new 10 minute session and an ‘ocean meditation’:
Have a good week - Sylvia
