SSC Training continues this week with the topics:  Availability, Appointment Scheduling, Appointment Reports

Date:                     Thursday July 28^th

Time:                     8:30 – 10:00 DT, HON, LHSC

1:30 – 3:00 Training for all that could not attend previously

3:00 – 5:00  Open session for anyone with questions

Date:                     Friday, July 29th

Location               JPL 4.04.12D

Time                      9:00 – 11:00  STPL

Last Friday no one came to the open session.  It appears that the platform is very intuitive for you.  If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to come to the open session on Thursday.

Everyone should have logged into the training site already: https://utsa.campus-training.eab.com

If you have not logged in, make sure you have access to  https://utsa.campus-training.eab.com Your log in is your abc123 and your passphrase.  If you cannot log in, e-mail EABcampus@utsa.edu for access.  Make sure to indicate that you need access to the training site. 

Kudos to those who went through the training last week and are in the Campus live-version today!   If you run into any problems with the SSC Campus live-version e-mail, please e-mail EACcampus@utsa.edu including the hyperlink with your screenshot.
