Subject: End of Term Update

End of term processes for the Spring 2014 semester are just about complete.   Academic Standing is available now.  An e-mail to dismissed and probation students informing them that their grades and academic standing are available in ASAP has been sent. Transcripts for CAP students will be sent to Austin later today.  Those of you who routinely receive reports of dismissed students from me will receive them shortly. 

 

Dismissed undergraduate students will be dropped from their Summer/Fall  schedules on Monday, May 19, 2014.   Dismissed graduate level students will be dropped by the end of business on May 29, 2014.

The final grade roll is happening now.  Repeat processing will happen tomorrow and I expect to have academic standing available early Friday.  I will send an update on Friday when I am done or earlier if we are done earlier.

Subject: Grades are rolling

 

Faculty grading has been turned off for the first grade roll.   I will turn grading back on as soon as the roll is finished (hopefully by 5).  Once grading is back on, faculty will have until noon tomorrow to enter any last minute grades.  Linda, you will be receiving another batch of missing grade reports shortly.
