I wanted to share information about the Outstanding Black Student Leadership Award. Please see below:

 

The Outstanding Black Student Leadership Award will honor a UTSA student who has shown strong leadership skills and service towards the Black and African American community. Students can be nominated, or they can self-nominate. 

 

Nomination requirements:

  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of a 2.00
  • Must be currently enrolled at UTSA
  • Must show campus leadership involvement
  • Must show active service towards the Black Community at UTSA

Nominations must be submitted to the Multicultural Student Center for Equity & Justice (MSCEJ) ~ by 11:59 pm CST on February 15, 2023, via Rowdy Link. 

 

The Award will be presented at the end of Black History Month at the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Screening on Tuesday, February 28, at 7:00 pm.
