The Academy for Teacher Excellence in the College of Education and Human Development at UTSA, is hosting a three-day institute for incoming freshman and transfer students. This is a
free event and it will be held at the UTSA 1604 campus on January 7th-9th from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Main Building, room 0.410. The focus of this event is getting students acquainted with UTSA resources to help ensure their
success from the very first day. We are also offering sessions on time management, technology to enhance learning, and StrengthsQuest for personal development. I have attached the event flyer to this email. Ideally we would appreciate it if you could share
this with any staff members who work with students transferring or beginning their coursework at UTSA in the Spring 2014 semester. Any assistance you can provide with the promotion of this event is greatly appreciated! Please let me know if you have any
