Please join me in bidding farewell to Phillip Casarez who has recently accepted an advising position at SAC.  Phillip has been an advisor with me prior to and after the advising restructure.  He has provided many years of service to UTSA’s former provisional student population, and more recently, those in the Life and Health Sciences.  Many in the advising community have had the opportunity to work alongside Phillip in the Academic Advising Council, as well as other committees large and small.  We will certainly miss Phillip’s knack for creating awesome marketing materials, as well as bringing advisors together in the all-important social hours!

Phillip’s last day will be Friday, February 12^th.  Please join us in wishing him well in his new endeavors on Wednesday, Feb. 10^th from 12 – 1:30 in the LHS conference room (FLN 2.03.02).  Cake and punch will be served!
