Call for Judges/Reviewers
Good Morning, Colleagues
The Office of Undergraduate Research is seeking volunteers to help serve as reviewers/judges during UTSA’s Undergraduate Research Week – April 14-18, 2025.
Volunteers must be at least graduate level students (PhD preferred, but not necessary), faculty or staff. Judges will help to review posters, oral presentations and 3-minute competition. Unfortunately, undergraduate students are
not allowed to serve as judges.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please fill out the Qualtrics form below with your availability. Once registration closes, you will be notified with your assignment(s)
and logistics for the event.
