Hello,
We have heard from a few people that they’ve noticed something different at the top of Degree Works for some students. It looks like this:
UTS went in yesterday and batch froze audits for certain students in order to pull data for OIR. It’s nothing to worry about and nothing is wrong. It’s a frozen audit just the same as if you had done it. It will be available in the History
just like any other frozen audit.
They will run them occasionally and the next time it should say “For OIR” or something like that either in the description or in the freeze type (where it says End of Fall Term right now.)
If you want, you can clear it by hitting Process New.
