Happy New Year!  Hope you had a wonderful winter break.  Just a reminder about the All Advising Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 8:30am-10:00am in the Business Building 2.06.04 (University Room).  Snacks will be provided.  We outlined some information for you below.

o We invited the following guest speakers:

§ Rosanne “Rosie” McSweeney (Behavior Intervention Specialist) to present about the Behavior Intervention Team and how/what to report.  For more information: http://www.utsa.edu/bit/

§ LT Robinson (Interim Dean of Students & Director of Student Leadership Center) to present about the services available through the Office of the Dean of Students.

o If you have a question(s) for the presenter, please use the following form to submit it: http://bit.ly/PresenterQuestionsJan2019.   The deadline to submit your question(s) is Monday, January 7, 2019 by 12:00pm (noon).  The questions will be provided to the presenter prior to the meeting.  It is up to the presenter if he/she decides to incorporate the questions into their presentation or answer each question after their presentation.   

4 Check-in

o Check-in will be from 8:00am-8:30am outside of the meeting room.  Laptops will be set up that you can use to check in with your myUTSA ID (ABC123).
