The workaround doesn’t work if you’re trying to upload something to a student without an appointment scheduled; for instance, if you’re processing substitutions and trying to put into an advisor report.

Dear All,
The EAB tech team is aware of the issue with the advising report. Please see below:
Our development team is currently working on a fix. In the meantime, I would like to express that we are treating this as an outage, giving this obstruction to normal advising workflows our highest priority status.
A hotfix will be pushed as soon as possible.
Note: There is a workaround at this time. Appointment Summary Reports will open from the Actions Menu in the Upcoming Advising Appointments and Recent Appointments screen on an advisor’s home page.
