Subject: Drop Six and Linked Courses

Hello all,

We have discovered a problem with our newly linked courses (for this Spring Term, it is only BIO 1404) and the drop six program.  Currently students who drop BIO 1404 are charged with 2 courses dropped because of the linked call (crn) numbers.  A programming request has been submitted to correct this issue.  In the meantime, we will be correcting the student records who have dropped BIO 1404 sometime after the April 28^th deadline to drop.  (this may be delayed a bit because of the PeopleSoft upgrade and Banner being down) Please forward this message to others who may need to know.  Thanks.
