One more item I forgot to mention regarding reporting errors in DegreeWorks. The DegreeWorks server is restarted every day at noon, so you don’t need to report errors than occur between 11:55 and 12:15.

We are still experiencing a variety of errors with DegreeWorks, including issues with connectivity, access, and slowness. In order to assist OIT in identifying the causes of these problems, they have asked us to send them as much information
as possible when errors occur. For example, if you are able to take a screen shot, include an explanation of exactly what you were doing when the error occurred, and tell the time of the error and your physical location (building and room number), that will
help them narrow down the problem. Please send all error reports to the DegreeWorks mailbox so that we can keep a log, and we will forward them to OIT. Thanks!
