Good morning! :) Just wanted to send a quick message to let you know that at this time the 8^th Annual AcademicAdvising Conference is looking for Committee members to assist in coordinating the October 2015 Conference.

The purpose of this Conference is to provide an opportunity for Advisors from UTSA and throughout the state of Texas to enjoy a day of networking, professional and personal development.

Volunteers are needed to help coordinate in the areas of:

o Marketing

o Donations and Giveaways

o Presentations and Programs

If you are interested in participating on the Conference team, please consult with your supervisor for time and commitment and contact me via email at jennifer.uranga@utsa.edu. Please include what area you are most interested in volunteering for. :) If you are unable to commit as member of the Committee but are inteersted in possibly helping on the day of, please feel free to send a message for that too.
