If you go to the second OA and change it to AA then f10 save – then Record remove and save again … it works.

Many of you reported that you couldn’t remove the OA hold on students today. Banner Security has looked at the issue and suggests that you log out of Banner and log back in, you should then be able to remove the hold. It worked when I
tried it.
