The issue seems to now be resolved. I was able to open the audits for the students who were reported as having this issue.

We have received reports that some advisors are getting an error for some students in DegreeWorks. The error looks like this:
We are working on resolving the issue. For now, you can run a what-if for the student to view their audit.
You do not need to send an email if you run in to a student with this problem, as we have enough examples for now, but if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us at
